No New Posts Jenta Lab

This is the place to go to get your first Pokemon. It's easy, really. But ask nicely. XD

Note: you can only come here once your character has been approved in the Applications forum.

After collecting your starter from the Professor, you may journey out onto this pleasant route. It connects the lab to Sapphire City.

Here's where you get to after Route One. You can heal your Pokemon at the Pokemon Center, and fight the Ice Gym leader, Arisa.

No New Posts Route Two - Marsh Path

The air here is sometimes hot, sometimes cool, but always humid and mucky. Route Two goes through a swampy area (and a lake), and trainers are required to STAY ON THE ROAD AT ALL TIMES. Or you will get stuck in the mud for hours. Connects Sapphire City to Iikagen City.

The name makes no sense. Nyaa-chan probably knows what it means, though. This is where you come after Route Two. You can fight the second Gym Leader Matthew here.

After you receive your starter Pokemon, you can choose to make this your first route. It's a route that fades from open space to rocky cliff to woods to back again quickly and often. It connects the lab to Florak Town.

No New Posts Florak Town

Deep in a valley, on each shore of a river rests Florak Town, a sleepy town that loves grass Pokemon. The town is broken up into two setions: East Florak and West Florak. East Florak houses the Pokemon Center and Pokemart, while the grass-type gym sits in the middle of West Florak. There you can find the gym leader, Botan, who will at least try to teach you how the art of flower arrangement...

Florak Town is also famous for the Vision Bridge, the bridge that connects East Florak to West Florak. Some say that when you look over the bridge's railing and into the river, you see a vision of either the future or the past...or, at least, a Lotad staring back at you.

No New Posts Route Four - Shimichi

This route, being the fourth route, is unlucky. Or something. During the day, the normal-seeming route is pretty nice, with gigantic trees along the road. However, at sundown the route experiences Jentan Ghost Swarms. Connects Florak Town to Wyvern Village.

No New Posts Wyvern Village

A small village located in a valley in the southeast part of Jenta. The houses are rustic, and the center of the village is...a haystack. Nevertheless, it is still the Dragon Capital of the World (or so they say), and you can fight Corwin for the Myth Badge.

No New Posts Route Five - Cinder Mountains - 1 Viewing

The third route from the lab, this one features tougher Group 3 Pokemon. This route runs through a drier, mountainous region, going through Sunstone Tunnel before reaching the underground settlement of Nga.

No New Posts Sunstone Tunnel

Sunstone Tunnel is named for the many glittering elemental stones found inside, and for the natural glowing rock formations on the ceiling. As well as boasting Jenta's only natural indoor-lighting, a variety of high-level cave-dwelling Pokemon reside here. Can you make it through? You MUST go through here to reach Nga - there isn't any other way.

No New Posts Settlement of Nga

Deep inside Jenta's largest mountain range, Nga is a settlement of miners, trainers, and those who like mountains and quiet. Stairs lead up to outside areas, but most of it is underground, inside natural steel hallways and caverns. You can battle Bahati, the steel-type leader, for your Ore badge in one of the deepest and most spacious caverns.

Coming out of the mountains, this route coveres two biomes: alpine tundra and grassland. Usually there is snow right after you leave Nga, unless you hit a warm season. Connects the Settlement of Nga to Li Jing.

No New Posts Li Jing

Li Jing, the city in the north, ironically does not have the ice gym. It has the normal gym, run by Shing, where you battle it out for the Crystal badge. On the other hand, it does have beautiful white buildings, ancient temples (tourism is big), move tutors, and hot springs galore.

No New Posts Route Seven - Saltsea Cruise

The final route, taking you from land out into the middle of the sea. Either hop on a water Pokemon of your own or borrow one at port. You see a lot of open ocean Pokemon, as well as migrating birds. Takes you from land to Outpost Island.

No New Posts Outpost Island

A small island out in the middle of the ocean, Outpost Island only has a Pokemon Center and PokeMart. Rest here, for once you dive down to the Underwater Arena...that's it. Sometimes you can find some trainers to battle in preparation for your fight agains the Elite Trio and Champion. It is a rest stop between Route Seven and Victory Dive.

No New Posts Victory Dive

Jenta's "Victory Road," unlike most, is not a cave, but a route taking you far into the depths of the ocean. If you don't have a Pokemon that can dive, borrow one from Outpost Island. Here you'll find many deep sea Pokemon, so you can do some last-minute training and catching before your final battles. Connects Outpost Island to the Underwater Arena.

No New Posts Underwater Arena

This is it - do you have what it takes to be entered as a Jentan champion? First you have to fight four consecutive battles, against the powerful Elite Trio and Champion. The arena itself has a small room for healing, but you can only use their machines before you challenge Marisol. You get breaks inbetween battles to heal in that room, but only with items you bring. Maybe some nice challengers will lend you a Revive or two?

No New Posts Marisol - Group 1

Marisol is the first person in the Elite Trio, and your first opponent. She uses only Group 1 Pokemon in a three-on-three single battle. Do you have what it takes to beat this bilingual preteen girl?

Ha-Neul, the second member of the Elite Trio and user of Group 2, also fights three-on-three single battles. Did you bring some Hyper Potions? Coincidentally, he is Bahati's adopted son. Say hi to him for her.

No New Posts Pierre - Group 3

Pierre, the polite and gentlemanly last Elite Trio trainer, will gladly take you on with his three Group 3 fighters, congratulating you on making it halfway. He apologizes for not letting you use items on your Pokemon during your battle with him...because, unfortunately, he feels you would need them.
