((Um...yeah. Let's stop fighting, and stop spamming Ruin's thread with back-and-forth. If you continue the RP where you left off, Ruin, (near the Pokemon Center), that will be your best start at getting your Pokemon back.
I'd mod for you right now, but you need to post first. ^_^;; ))

(I hate to break it to you, but Rain's journey is now more or less on hold, she'll heal, but she's not taking on another gym until you return what was stolen from her.)
Rain grips her fists, she had tried to fight back when her pokemon was stolen, but it had been too late. Now she was short one of her best pokemon, and another one that she hadn't gotten to a point where she could train. She swore right then and there that she would make those thieves pay, and pay dearly, but first she had to heal her pokemon, so she made her way into the pokemon center.

((Sorry to hear that. )) A teenage boy looked up, bored, from behind the desk. He was volunteering for school (his stupid high school required 100 hours of community service to graduate), but it was so boring! He stared at Rain before he realized he actually had to do something. "Can I take your Pokemon, miss?" The boy's words were a sort of sleepy slur. When she didn't respond, he just reached over and grabbed them anyway. One by one, he dropped six Pokeballs into the healing machine, and scanned them. "So...um, yeah. Your Pokemon. You have 4 Group 1 Pokemon, 1 Group 2 Pokemon, and 1 Group 3 Pokemon on your team. For Group 1, you have a level 19 combusken, a level 5 eevee, a level 23 barboach, and a level 24 lombre; for Group 2, you have a level 26 mawile; for Group 3 you have a level 45 gible. In the PC you have only Group 1 Pokemon. Um...a level 14 zigzagoon, a level 9 aron, a level 7 caterpie, a level 14 krabby, and a level 5 anorith. D'you want to deposit or withdraw any Pokemon? You can't deposit your mawile or gible, though, cuz that would, like, break the law or something."

(Without Ruby, she doesn't have one of her main pokemon that could help against the next gym, but I will give it some thought.)
"No, that's fine for now," Rain says, shaking her head.

((Erm...I'm gonna reply to just this thread...then I need to sleep. So I can get up tomorrow. And finish my ungodly amount of homework. *grumble grumble*
Oh, and don't be so emo about Ruby! There are plenty of Pokemon she can use for the gym. To name one...Lilith. She's a steel-type, meaning her defenses rock, and she's got an immunity to poison-type attacks (one of Botan's Pokemon is part poison-type). To back Lilith up/to get something for Lilith to back up...well, you could catch a pidgeotto and/or doduo for an offensive flying-type. (Flying-type attacks whip grass-types.) You could also catch a grass-type and/or poison-type from Route 3 to use for defenses/some offense... Alternately, you could wait for a fire-type, ice-type, poison-type (for her pure grass-types), psychic-type (for her roselia), or another flying-type to show up in the Altering Mansion...I'm going to change it in the morning, so I dunno what I'm putting in there. ^_^;;
Alternately, you could go to Route 5 and do the Group 3 gyms before Group 2...but I think you wanted Ruby/Hera to be in their final stage when you reached the Underwater Arena, so I dunno 'bout that.
But yar...do you want to go to the PokeMart or something, or just make a new thread in Route 3/5?))
