The Break Room:
The room you enter in the large, state-of-the-art Underwater Arena is the registration room, more often referred to as the break room. Inside you'll find a few attendant to help you, as well as a few couches, areas to let out and check your Pokemon, a healing machine, and a PC.
Registration and healing:
One of the attendants (the one behind the large desk) will register you for your battles. (You don't have to do this right away, but you have to register in order to fight). Also behind the desk is their healing machine, which you get to use when you register (and that's it, unless you lost against any of your opponents or won against Lenmana). You have to register which nine Pokemon you will be using here.
The couch area:
This is a part of the room where the trainers can rest on the couches, as well as let out their Pokemon. This is where challengers generally go between battles to heal their Pokemon with the items they brought from the surface.
The PC:
In one corner of the room is a PC. You may use this at anytime, but you may only withdraw/deposit the Pokemon you have registered as a part of your challenge team.
Other attendants and trainers:
There are a few attendants hanging around the break room. One is usually equipped with a psychic Pokemon who can teleport you to the Outpost Island Pokemon Center (but not back again) for extra needed training. The other attendants are usually busy, but will sometimes give you advice or help with healing your Pokemon (so you can rest). Other challengers often gather around the couches to discuss their matches and strategies (as well as what Pokemon to register), so you may want to talk to them. You are, however, not allowed to battle at all, and you may not trade Pokemon after you register.
Good luck!
