(I know, I fully expected it to be, I just wanted to go down fighting.)
Rain bows her head, and sighs, but then smiles as she recalls her pokemon, and walks over to Michiyo, and offers a handshake. "You beat me fair and square, but I'll be back, you can guarantee it."
(I gotta stop underestimating my opponents.)

Michiyo smiled as she recalled Maaya, and prepared to go take them to the healing machine in her office. "Okay! Good luck with your training!"
And then she bounced away to heal her Pokemon and, more importantly, study for the test she had the following day.

Rain shrugs, and walks out of the gym to get her pokemon healed and continue on her journey.

((I don't know if I would accept this. Even so, I ran it through the Psypokes damage calculator (I think I did it right), and it only came out to be 21 damage points. That would still leave Maaya with 4, and I don't think it would be a critical hit. So I'm sorry, Ruin, but you're going to have to take this one as a loss.)) The psypokes damage calculator is weird when it comes to magnitude. It will only give you the damage accumulated for magnitude 1, 3, 5, 7 and 9, as far as I can tell (going by the base powers of magnitude, and assuming that the first base power is 10, the next 20 (which they don't list), then 30 (which would be magnitude 3), and so on. It could be that the magnitude base power goes up by that base power for each level of magnitude (mag 1 = 10, mag 2 = 30, etc.) However, They don't give enough base powers to cover all the various levels of magnitude, so I doubt it's that way. Alternately it says that the base damage is random, so it could be that it randomly chooses whatever BP and then you have to physically multiply it by the number of levels of magnitude. I dunno. I was using the first system to calculate the damage, just because it was the simplest. Have the random number generator spit out a number between 1-10 and then figuring out the damage depending on the power. The third system might be more accurate, number wise, but I don't know how we'd get it to work. Meh. And I owe Ruin an apology. I was being really harsh yesterday in my general attitude toward her. She put up a really good fight (it was really close), with a great team, and it was some of the best RPing I've seen from her.
