The Bazaar
The Bazaar, the fourth floor of the Nishihara Building, is a large open floor where vendors may set up their shops. These shops come and go, similarly to the Sankaku Island town's shops, but you should always be on the lookout for rare items or even Pokemon!
Procedure:
Each week or so, the vendors change. There are a few "official" stands which are always there, so you can count on them. However, be sure to check back often...who knows what you could find! Keep in mind, though, a few of the vendors who come less often (but with rare items) are from Sankaku Island, where they sell their wares much of the time. So be sure to try there if the vendors here don't work out.
What you need to do is come in (and set up a shopping thread), and just explore. Walk up to the vendor, and ask what they have. Sometimes they have secret items they don't tend to advertise...oh, and some of them haggle, so try not to be daunted by some of their more exorbitant prices. If you're persistent, they may just give you the item to be rid of you!
(Please say the name of the shop you want to go up to. You may, however, just walk around and see which vendors try to lure you in to buying their stuff.)
The Permanent Shops:
The PokeMart:
Vendor bio: Usually manned by two young teenage workers. They have standard red aprons, and are always happy to help you. It's not like they're going anywhere.
Frequency: Always there, always open, always will be. Their items usually stay the same, too, though sometimes they'll offer something different.
Location: Pretty near the entrance. It's really obvious...the stall has a big blue awning with a Pokeball. You can't miss it.
Policy: Pay in full and you get the item. Don't pay in full and you won't. We don't haggle.
Sale's Pitch: You see us in every town, you need our items. Come to our Nishihara outlet to get all your needed items!
Items:
--- Pokeball - 200 pyen
--- Great Ball - 600 pyen
--- Potion - 300 pyen
--- Super Potion - 700 pyen
--- Antidote - 100 pyen
--- Paralyze Heal - 200 pyen
--- Awakening - 250 pyen
--- Burn Heal - 250 pyen
--- Revive - 1500 pyen
Custom Pokeballs:
Vendor bio: A middle-aged gentleman with incredible artistic ability. He usually wears a white shirt and tan pants, both of which always seem to be splattered with paint.
Frequency: Usually open. If not, he'll be back very soon...he's probably just getting new supplies, or something. Sometimes he gets new stickers, though, so check back often!
Location: Kind of halfway down the wall facing the moutains (the north).
Policy: No haggling, you pay in full. Artists are already starving, why do you need to pay even less?
Sale's Pitch: Want to customize your Pokeballs? Now you can! You can put one sticker on them (more than that causes them to fall off), buy a colored or designed Pokeball, or have me make a complete custom one. Customize with the price that's right for you!
Items:
--- Premier Ball - 250 pyen
--- Flame Pokeball sticker - 300 pyen
--- Water drop Pokeball sticker - 300 pyen

Herb Shop:
Vendor bio: An old lady who always has a green headband. She also usually wears some sort of yukata, usually green or brown.
Frequency: Always there. She never seems to close...or leave...creepy...
Location: Right near the front, but you can smell her herbs for a long ways away.
Policy: Pay in full unless you buy two items which total to 1000 pyen or more. If you do, then you get a 500 pyen (or less) item for free.
Sale's Pitch: These "potions" and "revives" are made in laboratories. Do you think they're good for your Pokemon? Herbs are natural, work better, and are cheaper. Do the right thing, and buy my organic healing herbs.
Items:
--- Heal Powder (like a Full Heal) - 450 pyen
--- Energypowder (like a Super Potion) - 500 pyen
--- Energy Root (like a Hyper Potion) - 800 pyen
--- Revival Herb (like a Revive) - 2800 pyen
--- Special Herbal Blend (unknown) - 2000 pyen
Other Vendors:
Rocks Abound:
Vendor bio: A young man from the Settlement of Nga with a passion for rock collecting. He usually wears hiker's clothing over his dark skin, and always has an excited smile on his face. I wonder what he's found now?
Frequency: He comes relatively often, but runs out of items quickly. However, he's always excited to show off (and sell) his newest finds, so he definitely will be back.
Location: Kind of near the back, near the east-facing windows.
Policy: Will haggle, but wants a good price. These rocks are rare!
Sale's Pitch: Do you like rocks as much as I do? Or do you want a special stone to give to your Pokemon for other reasons? Well, please come and look at my rocks, or just talk, if you like rocks, too. I try to find good ones, and I always have Sun Stones.
Items:
--- Sun Stone - 2500 pyen
--- Water Stone - 2500 pyen
--- Moon Stone - 2500 pyen
--- Dome Fossil - 4000 pyen
The "Other" Pokeballs:
Vendor bio: A teenage girl with bushy brown hair who usually wears her school uniform. She knows how to make Pokeballs from apricorns, and also has other Pokeballs, and sells them after school and on the weekends.
Frequency: Usually a couple times a week (and often on the weekends), but stays away when tests and schoolwork really hit her.
Location: Right next to where the rock-guy sells his stuff...near the back windows.
Policy: You can haggle a little, but sometimes she refuses to sell you anything if you try to haggle too much.
Sale's Pitch: Pokeballs are boring. Do you want apricorn balls? Or do you want Net Balls, or something? Well, come see what I have, and reject the boring Pokeballs!
Items:
--- Heavy Ball - 450 pyen
--- Love Ball - 450 pyen
--- Moon Ball - 450 pyen
--- Fast Ball - 450 pyen
--- Net Ball - 1000 pyen
--- Nest Ball - 1000 pyen
--- Timer Ball - 1000 pyen
--- Luxury Ball - 2500 pyen
Mega Sale Land:
Vendor bio: Two brothers, one in his mid-twenties and the other in his low-twenties. They usually dress in a sort of "urban grunge", as they like to say. Basically, they look like teenagers with slightly more mature faces. This is their way of making extra money.
Frequency: They're usually here, but their items are always changing, so check often. However, they only ever have three kinds of items, since they can't get that much in the way of cheap resales.
Location: Right smack dab in the middle, so you'll have to weave your way around stall after stall. But it's worth it (literally).
Policy: Haggling? Why do you need to haggle, you're already getting a bargain!
Sale's Pitch: We sell cheap stuff. Need we say more?
Items:
--- Fresh Water - 50 pyen
--- Lava Cookie - 50 pyen
--- Nugget - 3500 pyen
Glamor Haircuts and Grooming:
Vendor bio: An old-ish man who likes to make Pokemon beautiful. He's nice, and doesn't charge too much, so why not come up to him?
Frequency: Sometimes he's here, sometimes he's not. It kind of depends on his mood, or something...
Location: Sort of in the middle to the left. He has a large red sign, so you'll probably see it.
Policy: Pay in full. If you can't afford the really good service, go with the cheaper one. What's so hard about that?
Sale's Pitch: Make your Pokemon beautiful! It ups their self-esteem, makes them look great, and sometimes even helps evolutions happen. What is there to lose?
Services:
--- Base Level Grooming - 500 pyen
--- Medium Level Grooming - 1000 pyen
--- High Level Grooming - 1500 pyen
--- Top Level Grooming (your Pokemon will be STUNNING) - 2500 pyen
Assorted "Holders" For Sale:
Vendor bio: A middle-aged woman from Sapphire City who often ends up with items she doesn't need. She usually wears "business casual" dress, usually in some shade of purple.
Frequency: She comes on the weekends when she doesn't need to work. So just check in every now and then. Also, her items are always changing, depending on what she gets.
Location: Near the front, but in a bit. You can see a bit of the purple stall from the entrance, so just walk towards that.
Policy: Haggling is okay, just not too much, 'kay?
Sale's Pitch: I get a lot of items that I can't use, but I know you can! They're either collectables or great for training. Please check often to see if there is something you can use! I have a ton Heart Scales, which the Move Relearner takes instead of cash, so if you need to relearn moves, I can help.
Items:
--- Thunderstone - 3000 pyen
--- Charcoal - 2500 pyen
--- Nevermeltice - 2500 pyen
--- Heart Scale (the Move Relearner loves these!) - 500 for one, 1250 for three
--- King's Rock - 3000 pyen
--- Experience Share - 5000 pyen
Trainer Traders:
Vendor bio: A gruff man from Li Jing who wears a black suit and dark sunglasses. However, he's not part of the yakuza...he just likes wearing that, for some reason. He's actually nice, if you talk to him.
Frequency: He comes a lot, especially when his dayjob as a computer programmer in Li Jing has a lighter workload. His items are always changing!
Location: Right next to the Pokemart stall...find that, and you'll find him.
Policy: He'll take item trades, items and money, or money. Haggling and bartering is what he is all about!
Sale's Pitch: I take items, trade them with trainers, and trade them with you. Bartering is what I do, so I can appraise your items, and tell you if what you're giving me is worth it. You may pay with one or more items, items and money, or just money. Come see what I've gotten through my trainer item trades! I am also authorized to trade Pokemon eggs, though I give them to the Eggery if they stay with me for more than two days or hatch. I can also buy items from you, and pay you in cash.
Items: (all prices listed are estimates on value)
--- Blackglasses - 3000 pyen
--- Deepseatooth - 3500 pyen
--- Rare Candy - 2500 pyen
--- Blue Flute - 1750 pyen
--- Blue Pokemon egg - 1750 pyen
--- Red Pokemon egg - 1750 pyen
--- Green Pokemon egg - 1750 pyen
--- Yellow Pokemon egg - 1750 pyen
--- Eevee amulet (I have no clue what this does) - 1500 pyen
