The Well sputtered to life, this time with more strength. It could probably take on some real wishes...it didn't feel up to CREATING Pokemon, but it could probably manage an egg or two, or control a wild one to appear in battle...
But it definitely wouldn't say no to some easy-peasy items!
So it waited for coins and wishes...

((Uh-oh. I don't want an easy peasey item... Oh well, Tommy doesn't expect much out of life, and his happy with whatever he is given. Even if it's a bucket of mud on his head ^^))
"You know, Pai," Tommy said, as he looked down at the map on his pokedex, "Jenta's a really strange place. I could swear I'm in three different places at the same time, according to my locator, but I only remember looking for training spots, not actually finding them."
<Oh, come on Shihan> Pai did a cartwheel and finished off with a back flip. <I want to to become strong. Unless we can fight that map, put it away, and let's start looking for trouble.>
Suddenly the path twisted under their feet, and yawned open. Tommy grabbed Pai, and jumped back as the ground shook, and then settled into the more well-like form.
"I think, Pai," Tommy said slowly, after a moment, "that we found it. Or a relative. Is that the wishing well?"
Pai jumped from Tommy's lap, and inspected the structure. <Looks like it. Do you have some coins?>
"Yeah, I think so," Tommy dug around in his poket and produced a few nickles. "Wow. I've never seen a currency like this before. How'd I get a hold of it?"
<Dunno,> Pai said, idly scrapping moss from the stones of the well, before looking in. <But they're shiny and silver, so why not give them to the well. Blegh. You really need to catch a water pokemon so we can give this guy a rinse and a scrub.>
"Er, one thing at a time," Tommy said. He felt for some reason that the well might hear them, and might be offended by the way Pai had said that it needed to get cleaned up. "Is there anything you think might particularly help you in your training?"
<Well,> Pai scrapped the ground with his toe, remarkably shy. <I'd really really like to learn Brick Break. It's a proper fighting type move, but no one can learn it without a TM, and it's so awesome!>
"All right, then," Tommy put the nickles in a conveiniently placed collection dish connected to the well. "We would like the TM Brick Break, or for Pai to some how learn the move naturally. Thank you."

Rain comes over, and drops in some coins. "I just want some pokeballs," she says, and walks off.

Lawrance strolled up to the well and placed Bouncy on the rim again. He flipped a coin in and said, "I wish for a Water-Type TM Bouncy can learn."

The well glanced at its wishes. Three of them...all items. The well thought for a moment, and decided it was up to giving each trainer one item, even if they weren't the BEST items the trainers could possibly get. But, the well thought, it might be better than giving only one of the trainers an item...
It looked at the first wish, Pokeballs...well, that it didn't even have to create! Some idiot went and dropped one inside awhile ago...sure, it was a little rusty, but it should work. It then teleported the single rust-colored Pokeball to wherever Ruin happened to be.
The other two...TMs. TMs were a liiiittle more difficult, especially the ones with powerful offensive attacks, so it figured it would go with a good TM for one, and a "consolation prize" for the other. It looked at how the two trainers were doing, and what they needed the TMs for...both boys were planning ahead for their respective gym battles, one for Arisa's icy Pokemon and the other for Matthew's ground-types. One boy only had one Pokemon, a fighting-type...without a fighting-type move. The other had a at least water-type Pokemon (with a water-type move at that), and only wanted an extra water-type TM for his starter; an honorable wish, yet a little excessive...
The wish decided to give Tommy a powerful offensive fighting-type TM. That left it to Focus Punch and Brick Break...both around the same energy to create. It decided to give Tommy TM 31 (Brick Break), since Tommy hadn't yet visited a TM giveaway one of the 'Centers was holding, and it was the one he wanted.
With the little energy the well had left, it glanced through the list of current water-type TMs (HMs, at this point, were out of the question). Water Pulse and Rain Dance...well, Water Pulse was just a little out-of-range, same with Rain Dance. It still wanted to give the trainer SOMETHING for his Igglybuff. And Igglybuff, the well thought. Igglybuff was a strange Pokemon to use offensively.
Maybe if the Igglybuff simply outlasted her opponent, she could take out a Pokemon using what she had...
A TM 32 (Double Team) appeared before Lawrence.
((Aaaaaand, that's it! So, if you couldn't decipher that, Ruin gets one Pokeball, Mori-chan gets the TM for Brick Break, and F. Monkey get's the TM for Double Team. Enjoy...))
