Wetman's Edge Village
There are several log cabins here, well spaced within a clearing in the trees. A stream runs close to the village, and residents get their water from the bottom of a sturdily built well in the center of the clearing. Most people living here are former sailors, or people who came to make herbal medicine, or work on the small logging industry.
The cabin nearest to the road is rented out as a rest house to the Miteinjan Travel Bureau. You can stay there, and heal your pokemon if you need to for free. Next door is a man who sells the wood carvings he makes, and a couple of aprikorn balls. Go see him if you want to see a craftsman at work.
One of the houses has a small fenced in ranch in the back, and the owners are breeders, who will take care of your pokemon if you like. Who knows, if you come back, there could be an egg.
Opposite the ranch, a small cabin guards the way to a grassy hill cleared of trees. Unlike the dappled shade and sunshine of the rest of the forest, this area is almost always sunny, and softly green. The clearing is owned by the gym leader for the Spore League.
Past the clearing, a small hiking trail runs deeper into the woods and stops at a huge, mossy rotten log. A small house sits atop the log with a stairway cut into the huge trunk leading up to it. Knock on the door for assistance, and you'll meet the gym leader of the final Toxic League Gym.
Arthur Chipper's Wood Shop
Art can carve anything from wood. A former sailor he settled down here after his finishing boat landed on the rocks at the bottom of the cliff. After been helped up by the rope ladder that residents drop down to help the stranded he set up shop. He soon became a local celebrity because he knew the old art of making aprikorn balls.

Redwood Breeding
A nice little ranch with space for pokemon to play. If you leave your pokemon here, you might come back to find an egg in a few days. If other trainers have left their pokemon here, you might not know what will come out of the egg.
Currently, there are four eggs that the breeders don't really know what to do with. You might get one of them if you ask for it, and are willing to donate some pyen towards the ranch.
Eggs
The first one is small and black, with creamy speckles. It's warmer than the other three, but it always seems to be right under the heat lamp. Rocks around a lot, and might hatch soon.
The second one is a vivid green, and very leathery. The keepers here suspect that it is a reptilian egg, and keep it as warm as possible. Sometimes thumps are heard from within the shell.
The third is pale yellow and warm. It's bigger and softer than the other three. Scratching can be heard from the inside.
The final egg doesn't move much at all. Pale blue and leathery, it's cold and damp, most of the time. It doesn't seem to do very well under the heat lamp.
The Sunny Clearing
This gym challenge actually takes place out in the open air. The grass is soft, and the hill is gentle. Trainers are put to sleep by a shroomish, after they have chosen their pokemon to battle, and their chosen pokemon has to face off against the gym leader and one of his pokemon without any help from their sleeping trainer.
Gym Leader Madow the Aroma Therapist
Madow moved to Wetman's Edge to study the mushrooms that grew in the area, and the scents that they produce. He works for a Perfumery in Spice Seaport, and only takes battles in his spare time from making perfumes. Luckily, most of his perfumes have to sit still for a long time to distill, so he had a lot of spare time.
His small house is very dark, and kind of damp, which not only helps the distilling process, but is much appreciated by his mushroomy pokemon.
