Hair Color: A solid, wavy light brown.
Eye Color: Hazel; or as she considers; rainbow eyes. Because she has these colours: A hint of green, the rim of the iris is grey, while the rim of the outside pupil is blue and her main colour is brownish hazel.
Other Description: Sophie has long wavy hair. Her parents will always complain about how it should be cut or put in a pony tail etc for its too long and it gets in her face. But Sophie never listens. Not a conversation can go by without her parents bringing the thing up about her hair.
Her white skirt is denim. Her white top is sleeveless and has pink flower on it. She wears a white hat. Even her shoes-trainers with straps-are white. Yes... that’s all she wears! White, white, white, white!
She is 152cms and weighs what an 11 year old should. She is not muscled but extremely fit. She could run a 100 mile marathon 2 times. Never seems to sweat....
Personality: Sophie's a girly-girl. Though, oddly enough, she only wears white. More about that in Appearance. Anyway, this girl packs a punch but is quiet with strangers. You absolutely must say "hi" and "how are you doing" to her first if you want to start up a conversation with her. Then she'll chatter on as if she's known you for years!
Sohpie loves pokemon. Most pokemon, at least. Before she started her journey, her belief was to never put her starter in her pokeball. That is, or was, until she met Anna. With Anna's grotesque appearance and her hatred for all things ugly, keeping her in a pokeball is a must. Unless she wants to lose her starter and put up with Anna's deformed face, she has no choice but to put her in a pokeball. It gives her a break from it all.
Sophie cannot stand to be alone. She doesn't like it and gets the feeling that everyone is having the time of their lives, leaving her out. It makes her feel like she is the only person left in this world. Even the company of pokemon is better then no company at all.
History: Her history is a bit odd.. You see, she is adopted. Yes, adopted! So she doesn't really know her real parents.... She was taken, happily, from her parents at the age of 5. She got adopted out when she was 10. Her foster parents are nice but aren't perfect. A bit naggy, she thinks. Luckily they're quite independent of her, though. She usually camps in the forest which is on the ranch.
Sophie owns 3 pikachu she had when she was small. Back when she lived with her rancid real parents Sophie had found 3 pichu on the streets, cold and hungry. But her parents wanted to destroy them. So Sophie managed to hide them. It was hard but she succeeded. Over time they evolved into 3 beautiful pikachu. Sasha managed to keep a diary of her rough times, though many she does not remember. This is all she remembers:
The footsteps of dad echoed in the house. Sophie sat hunched up in one corner of her room, next to her chest of drawers which were made of wood. Sophie was crying. Tears streamed down her eye though no sound came out of her. She was scared. Her mum had been killed by her father and Sophie had witnessed it. She was hugging a teddy bear, singing songs to herself. Huddled next to her were her pikachu, Kenny, Dora and Bingo.
Suddenly the door opened and Sophie looked up. Her dad had entered. She held her breath and waited as he looked about. She shuffled behind the drawers so she wouldn’t be seen. She peered out and saw her tall dad looking in her bed.
“Where the heck are you?! I mean Sophie come out come out wherever you are!” He called but Emily stayed put.
After a while he left angrily. She heard him thunder down stairs and open the door. Then the car started and roared. He drove off. After a few minutes Sasha got up and ran out of her room as quickly as she could. Sophie ran downstairs, into the sitting room and towards the phone. She picked it up without hesitation and dialed a number. It was the child authorities.
“Hello? Please help! I need help! My dad’s been punching me and killed my mum! I just want... help. I live at 20 Kinda Avenue in Sandra town! Come! I… need… help.” Sophie put the phone down and ran back up to her room, and to where she was hiding.
A few minutes later dad came back. And then the authorities came…. They walked up to her room and she felt hands hold her hands. She looked up and saw a kind young man with… Well, she can’t remember what he looked like besides being young. She heard him say this:
“Come on. Let’s take you away from this place. What’s your name, miss?” Sophie had nodded her eyes red and cheeks stained in tears.
She answered, “Sophie, mister.”
He nodded and she got up, her pikachu following and her holding her teddy. She forgot about her stuff and everything else, just wanted to get away from this awful place. She remembered getting into a mini bus hugging her teddy and pikachu and the man driving off. That’s all she remembers of her time at her old house.
Adjusting to kids-in-care life was tough but she was happy to be away from her dad. She made loads of friends there and she's still writing to them every week. She's told them thats she going on a journey and told them she won't be writing to them for a while. They wrote back it was OK and wish her the best of luck!
Sophie loves where she lives now. It's the best. She asked her foster parents if she could go and be a coordinator and they said that she could a week after her 12th birthday. Sophie agreed and here she is now. It's been a week and she's ready to go on her journey. She's got a little necklace with a cross on round her neck.
She is obsessed with pokemon, obviously because she lives on a pokemon ranch, and is particarly fond of togepis, pikachu and growlithe. When her foster parents asked what Pokemon she’d like she found it hard. But she ended up choosing a pikachu. She’ll never forget her old life and what she went through. Never.
Favorite Pokemon: Eevee, wooper, houndour, houndoom. Well, basically all pokemon are her favourite except ugly ones.
