Name: Charity Moore
Nickname: N/A
Age: 16
Hair Color: Charity has (natural) red hair, which she allows to hang down completely. She does, however, part her bangs to either to try and keep some control.
Eye Color: Charity has vibrant blue eyes, which always seem to twinkle even in the dark.
Other Description: Standing at 5’7, and weighing at 115 lbs., Charity is almost like a hippy in the way she dresses. Bright colors such as pink, green, blue, orange, and yellow often find their way into her closet, all in the lightest and ‘happiest’ shade possible (blech). Charity’s favorite things to wear are sundresses, many different hats, sandals, or even just a comfortable (and colorful) T-shirt/pants combo. She refuses to wear any black at all. Sad, really.
As for accessories, Charity likes to keep things simple, wearing only a bracelet or two, a few rings, and maybe a flower in her hair. When it comes to make-up, this flower child believes in the saying ‘less is more’, preferring her natural beauty with a little bit of something pretty.
Personality: Charity; a brighter ball of pure sunshine there never was, and never will be. Always chipper, cheerful, and carefree, this girl believes in being positive and optimistic. Never allowing herself to drop into depression, Charity expects others to do the same. Courteous, helpful, and a tad bit ditzy, Charity is the kind of person whose head you want to bash in with a rock, before taking your own life.
History: Born into a family of bustling florists, Charity was always surrounded with colorful flowers, smiling faces, and nice things. Throughout her early years of life, she had many friends and always had a smile on her face. Charity was also eager to help out around the flower shop, as flowers were her one major love. It is for this same reason that she was often found passing the time in the various meadows around her hometown. Nothing like falling asleep in a bed of flowers…
Living a life where she wanted for nothing, and had everything she needed, Charity was in a sort of perpetual bliss. Everyday was filled with sunshine and color and flowers galore. The young girl wondered why she was so lucky to be blessed with such a great life. Charity’s great life would soon be no more. Tragedy was not far around the corner.
A week before her sixteenth birthday, Charity found herself on the road back home to the flower shop. As she neared the modest building, the teen could catch the faint smell of smoke. Sprinting as fast as her legs would permit, Charity found herself before the raging inferno that was the family flower shop. Throwing caution to the wind, she leaped through one of the windows, part of the ceiling caving on her. The screams of her family could be heard as Charity slipped into a state of unconsciousness.
Waking the day after in a nearby hospital, Charity was given the news of her parents’ deaths, and the total destruction of the flower shop. It turns out that the family’s savings had also fallen victim to the fire, leaving the girl with next to nothing. Strolling gloomily down the same road a week later, a flyer caught Charity’s eye. The flyer raved about the island region of Miteinjan, and the possibilities for new trainers. Considering the amount of money that could be had by a winning trainer, Charity was on her way the very next day, dreams of rebuilding the shop and her life swirling in her mind.
Favorite Pokemon: Charity’s favorite pokemon are Grass-types, ‘baby’ pokemon, and basically anything cute. She also has a strange fascination with the pokemon Jynx.
