((I just said you could if you wanted to. @_@)) Rain's Pokedex beeped. It displayed a screen reading: "Malfunction in evolution stat cleared. Would you like to evolve your bagon into a shelgon?" ((Bleh. I told you I can't write when I'm sick. Oh drat...I think my fever rose. T_T ))

Rain shrugs, and presses the yes option.

In a poof of white light, Ruby disappeared. In her place was a shelgon. Who was the pretty much exact same thing...just...not a bagon.
"<Nice,>" muttered the geodude. "<She's like a rock ball with legs and eyes...but not as cool as geodude. Then again, we don't get legs yet...>"

Rain just smiles, lightly touching the new hard shell of the dragon. "All pokemon are unique in their own way, and each needs to be treated with an equal amount of respect," she says, recalling Ruby. "Let's continue now."

The geodude simply shrugged. He'd never dealt much with dragons, nor exactly cared to. They never struck him as being as all-powerful as they did to some...plus, the trapinch here never evolved. If they did, they'd be torn to pieces by the more stronger Pokemon, since they would have a harder time maneuvering around the tunnels.
Plus, then they'd all get eaten up like candy by the trainers after rare Pokemon. They weren't as adept as larvitar or beldum at hiding...
They went along for awhile before they came to a dead-end. Rain's guide sighed. "Time to go back to the previous fork...you put a sticky note on it, right?"

Rain nods. " Right," she says. "So we'll go the way we didn't go before."

"<Fine by me,>" mumbled the geodude, unsure if such a comment was really necessary. He bounced along until they came to...well, just a normal part of a tunnel that kept going forward. However, Geodude stopped short, and held up a rocky hand to Rain. "<Hold on...don't move. Don't move...be very quiet...and let me handle getting that thing to come out of its hiding spot. They're tricky, and sometimes they skip the Pokemon and go straight for the human.>"
He then grabbed a rock, and threw it over at a dark shadow, causing a sableye to lunge out. He hissed, spat, and jumped away, glaring at the guide with two diamond eyes.

Rain nods, and reaches towards a pokeball at her belt. So that's a Sableye, kind of freaky looking, she thinks to herself, then shrugs. Oh well, lets see what happens.

((Three sentences, please, Ruin. I'm going back to my old Delmara-post-enforcer-who-deserves-to-be-shot mode, I'm afraid. And if you don't like the rules and think they're stupid, well, that's your problem, then.))

The geodude looked a little shocked. "<Send something out before->"
Before he could finish, the grounded ghost lunged straight for Rain, claws and teeth out.

"Go Lilith!" Rain says, tossing the pokeball releasing her Mawile at nearly the last moment, who uses a faint attack to intercept the attack on Rain. Blasted ghost pokemon.

The ghost clicked his tongue as he too faded away, only taking part of the not-too-effective attack. He appeared again on a rock, tensing his muscles. He then focused, and his diamond eyes glinted. A ghostly shade dropped around Mawile, doing exactly 27 damage points.
Whatever they were. It was just a Night Shade...

"Lilith, use sweet scent!" Rain commands. Lilith lets out a sweet scent from her large fake jaw, and uses it on the Sableye. I still have to wonder how a Mawile can use that, Rain thinks.

The ghost shook his head wildly. What a strange scent! He clawed at his nose a bit, as it sort of stung. Then he shook his head, and grinned evilly at Lilith. He then let out another Night Shade, the ghost flurry settling around Lilith to cause damage.
Or something. It was just a Night Shade...

"Lilith, use another Faint Attack!" Rain commands, and the Mawile dissapears after taking a little damage, and strikes the Sableye again.
(I know, only two sentences, but I can't think of anymore.)

The sableye was also part of a broken record, it seemed. After dancing off the damage done by the Faint Attack, he merely sent out another Night Shade. Although, he added in some cackling as the ghost energy closed in around the steel-type. He liked cackling.
((I <3 sableye. X3 ))

And Lilith dissapears with a faint attack, again, after taking light damage, and then hits the annoying ghost pokemon.

The ghost gave a strangled "<oof!>" after Lilith's fake jaw slammed into his stomach. He rolled backwards, hopping onto the rock, and grinning painfully. He then sent out another Night Shade, a ghostly doppelgangar zooming out towards the steel-type in a ghastly purple glow.

How many times do I have to repeat myself (honestly, I can't remember any of her other attacks)? Lilith takes light damage, and follows up with another Faint attack.
