National Novel Writing Month (though it is technically international) is a month-long challenge to write 50,000 words of a novel in a month (November). It starts November 1, and you win if you submit 50,000 words by 11:59:59 pm local time on November 30. Um...basically...write 1667 words a day and you're golden? If you have any time whatsoever (dunno why I'm doing this), I highly encourage you to write! It's great because it encourages quantity over quality, and you must kill off your inner editor in order to crank out that many words. Here's the site, if you're interested: www.nanowrimo.org/I'm apcicc there, by the way. Good luck to everybody participating!

Nice...
But no time this month....
December will be my personal writing month, I hate doing this, but it is what will work for me...
I wish I could participate.
