Sora glared at the Tangala... <Look what you did... you... you just messed my flying feathers a little... you are so in for it.> She then took to the air and then went into an attack, A Wing Attack.

The stiff wings of the taillow crashed around the tangela's vines, each buffeting impact bruising the delicate traceries of cellulose. The plant pokemon stumbled backward, tripped and landed hard on the ground. She quickly extended her vines and began to slap at the bird, trying to fend Sora off.

Sora tried to dodge the attacks, and was somewhat successful... but she was hit a few time more then she wanted.
After the attacks were finished. She right way then attacked with another Wing Attack... she was letting her anger take the better of her logic.

<Eeek!> The large eyes of the small grass pokemon closed tightly when Sora's wings crashed into her. She huddled into a small ball of quivering vines, as Sora attacked ferociously. Even with the flying type attacking her, the tangela was managing to make some kind of defense. Her vines were growing visibly longer and thicker as she used Growth.

Sora only rose back into the air, ignoring the Growth attack and when she was at a good elevation and then she went into another dive and used another Wing Attack upon the Tangela. <Take that you vine crazy Pokemon.>

<I didn't mean --,> the tangela began to squeak, but was cut off as Sora slammed into her again. She crouched, cowering, as the wings crashed into her so painfully. Why was everything so hard? She had just been playing. Maybe if she grew a little more it wouldn't hurt so much.
The tangela glowed green and pulsed as she grew larger and larger.

Sora was about to attack again when Wynn cried out. <STOP!>
Sora back peddled in the air and soon was riding a thermal while the sun set in the distance. <What is it?> She cried out irritated at being stopped in her battle.
<I do not think that the Tangela meant to attack you... is that true Tangela?> He asked the vine type Pokemon.
William Blinked at the yelling and saw the time... horrified and quickly dragged his pack next to him and gently woke up the Pokemon in his lap and gave her medication to her... He smiled and talked soothingly to her, hoping that she was not irritated at being woke up.

The tangela nodded, shaking a bit. "<I just...get surprised. Very easily. I'm so sorry!>"
However, somebody behind her groaned, and another Pokemon appeared - this time, a venonat. "<Weakling,>" he scoffed, causing the tangela to blush in shame. He grinned up at Sora. "<So, birdy, I'm at least at the level this vine-thing's at; probably more, since I actually train like a Pokemon should. So, whad'ya say? Wanna have at it? Don't get too ahead of yourself with your little type advantage, birdy, cuz I'm more than ready for whatever you've got to offer.>"

The man paused, looking up from behind the rushes. He lifted the binoculars close to his eyes, and surveyed the seen from over a hundred meters away. Then he grabbed a green pendent, shaped like a dolphin, from around his neck, and pulled it up towards his head.
Almost immediately, a thick haze set over William and his Pokemon. Through the mist, four Pokemon moved in on the party, splitting off into groups of two. Each group targeted one of the Pokemon on William's side.
The first group dove for Hawkins, but doubled back after one of them realized the orders were different. Looking confused, the psychic sent the thoughts out to her ghost-type partner, and they hung back. When the orders for their group turned to "just go for whichever normal one is closest," they peered around. Sora was pretty close.
The ghost grinned wider, gliding over to right in front of Sora. His eyes glowed, causing her to fall asleep with his Hypnosis. The psychic then, after setting up a barrier around them, Teleported the three over to their trainer.
"Perfect job, you two. Now go finish it," he told them before they disappeared back to the scene of the crime. The ghost then phased through to William as the psychic set up a barrier around the trainer, preventing any of them from escaping. She then focused on figuring out which Pokeball was Sora's. Once she found it, she told the ghost via thought, and he grabbed it with his right hand. They she took him back to their trainer. And their job was finished.
The second group, also consisting of a ghost and a psychic (though of opposite genders and roles), was nearing completion as well. The one they were after was already in his Pokeball, so the ghost went about ordering the psychic to lift the ball off William's belt. Once the psychic had it firmly in his hands, the ghost brought them back to the trainer, Cheer's Pokeball in tow.
"Wonderful," the man congratulated, returning Sora to her 'ball and putting both her and Cheer into his bag. "Let's go to the dropoff point, now," he mused, returning all but the female psychic. "Teleport, please."
And they were gone.

William was staring ahead totally unable to do anything, but he recalled the feeling of a ghost Pokemon nearby... and what most likely was a psychic hold...
Suddenly he could breath and whatever mist that had set upon him was gone. He right away noticed that one of his Pokemon, Sora, was missing he moved a hand to where her pokeball should have been and found nothing, and it was then that he found that Cheer's pokeball was gone as well.
He was shocked and devastated. He turned on the Tangela, "DID YOU SEE ANYTHING?" He shouted, he was angry now, someone had gone past his lab coat and stolen two of his Pokemon. "ANYTHING AT ALL?" He was already pulling out a journal to write down all he could remember, there was no way he was going to let some thief steal from him and get away from it, he had a reputation as a Hamlet to uphold.

The tangela cowered, her vines shaking, as the human yelled at her. The experience had been hair (vine) raising. She hadn't been able to move at all, and the mean taillow had disappeared, and she didn't know what had happened, and, and, and...
<Noooooooo!> the grass type wailed unhappily.

William stopped and realized that yelling was not going to solve anything.
He took a deep breath and looked sad. "I am sorry for yelling, I... I am sorry... I am just really worried about my friends, they are a family to me... please I must know."
William was on his knees begging the Tanela.

<I'm sorry, I-I don't know. We were being held by a psychic and a ghost. I couldn't do anything or see anyone, but their human. And I find it difficult to tell people of your species a-a-part,> the tangela hic-upped. <I think -- I think it was male. Females are the ones with growths on their torsos, right?>

William blinked, and couldn't figure out what the Tagela meant but he only nodded his head. "I believe so... could you describe what he was wearing? His pelt?" He hated to say that, but he felt that the word might help the Tangela.
He had recalled all his other Pokemon, and he really, really wanted to find his lost team mates. "Please tell me everything you can remember. Please."

((You know we never described any of the Team _____________ members in our directory on the staff chat. I have no idea what your assailant looks like, other than his gender ^^ ) <I'm really, really sorry. I was only able to see him out of the corner of my eye, and I'm not able to say anything more. He has four pokemon, though. One was keeping everyone immobilized, so two could take your pokeballs, and then the third took the scary taillow. Do you know what you're going to do? You have a council of elders, or something that you can talk to about this, right?>

<So how are you going to do that?> the tangela wanted to know, shifting from one foot to the other. <I don't see any police people out here. And you still have to get beyond the lake to get to the human city. Unless you're going back to the angry ice woman's town.>

William blinked. "I think I have to go back, this is something to not wait forever on... I think you should come along as well, you were a witness as well, I would think that they would not like it if I told them that the only other witness was a Tangela that I didn't even try to have come along."
He was looking worried, but glade that Hawkins was safe still.

<Ye-eah,> the tangela sniffled, wiping her eyes with a vine. <I guess so.>
She had never dealt with police people before. Or humans in general. Her good nature made her accept the offer, but she still couldn't help feeling nervous in the back of her mind.

William's mouth twitched. "Look, I am worried if the police will even believe me at all... I am just hoping they will listen to me."
