Cody Walked into the building with a confused look on his face. He was confused on where the trading company was. He walked up the stair to the second floor. He realized it was the trading company. Cody looked at the fliers on the wall and ripped off the one of pupitar. e sat it down on the desk and asked the receptionist "Would you see if the owner would accept this trade of his pupitar for my Luvdisc?"

((Yeeeeaaaah that's not how we roll here. This is a TEXT-BASED ROLEPLAY, Garmeil. Everything you do, pretty much, has to be in-character. So instead of simply copy-pasting the stats of the Pokemon you want and saying what you'll trade for it, you should do something akin to:

Cody walked into the Trading Center, Luvdisc's Pokeball in hand. He didn't really want it, so he sidled over to the bulletin board to peruse what was being offered in his desired level range. The pupitar caught his eye, so he grabbed the flier, and brought it over to the receptionist's desk. "Can you put me in touch with the guy offering this?" he asked, showing the receptionist the flier. "I want to offer my level 45 luvdisc for it."

The middle-aged woman working there looked up at Cody with an extremely bored expression on her face. "Sure," she mumbled, snatching the flier and scanning it into her computer. "One second." She tapped a few buttons on her computer, then pointed to one of the large trading machines. "The guy from the Trading Corporation should be online right now."
Indeed, if Cody walked over to the machine, he would have seen a businessman's face on the screen, waiting for somebody to walk in front of the webcam to negotiate the trade.
Cody walked over to the machine and gretted him with a hello. Cody then sent out his Luvdisc so the trader could inspect it. He called it back and asked "Do you like it. I just got it and it's LV 45 so it's in perfect health."

The trader peered through the screen at the luvdisc. "Can it talk? Does 'it' have a gender? If it is defective, I'm not sure I want it. Unless you were willing to add some money to it...?" The screen split, and the pupitar's stats came up on the other half of the screen. "If you want, you can return your silent luvdisc to its pokeball and place it under the scanner. Then I can review its stats." He then looked at Cody. "I am a businessman, young man, and I only make trades if they have the chance of profiting my company. An untrained luvdisc could either be a good investment or a bad one, and I am not about to rush into a bad one."
"Well I'm sorry you don't like him," Cody said "But I must be going on now if you won't trade for him." Cody turned around went down the stairs and left.

The man blinked as he watched Cody walk away. "O-kay..." The screen switched off, and he sat back in his chair. Clicking the Pokeball, he watched Salan appear in front of him, staring at him with vaguely-interested eyes. "It never ceases to amaze me how much time you spend here, Salan."
